Hi Gina,
Welcome home! Hope the week was a fun......now back to reality .
9 hour volleyball tournament with DGD. Exhausted and eating was messed up, so I'll just list.

Bacon
2 protein shakes
Pumkin bread
Jay Rob bar
Cheese nachos
1/2 small bacon burger with 1/4 bun, fries, lettuce, tomato (first time at 5Guys)......didn't settle so well

V: one batch left
F: a little behind
E: sitting for hours on bleachers and my rear end is lacking padding; late long nap when I got home

9 hours on a bleacher seat? Ouch!!!

As good as 5Guys is I can't eat much at all. I think the burger is cooked too well and may be too lean. But darn those fries are good!

B: didn't happen :-(  DH & I were going to go out for lunch, but by the time we were ready it was lunch time.  Anyway, I have some jars of tomate frito arriving tomorrow, so that'll make my scrambled eggs more interesting hopefully (I'm getting very bored with breakfast at the mo).

L: Roast turkey w cranberry (35g)
S: 2 crab sticks (2g)
S: 25g salt & vinegar flavour peanuts (7g)
D: 50g crispy duck w 3 wafer thin pancakes & cucumber (14g)

P: 58g it was one of the hottest days of the year, so I blame that on my eating less! ;-)
F: 70oz
V: 3 Centrum multis
E: walking to and from the pub (15 mins) and some light housework
