B: 2 large scrambled eggs (16g) blech, may go back to Greek yogurt tomorrow
L: Quiche no crust (15g)
S: Feta (3g), 3 fish sticks (3g)
D: Lamb shank (26g)
P: 63g poohey, but quiche was the last of my really mushy food. I'm going to aim for 70/75g if poss (not bad considering today's my 3 weekiversary)
F: ~70oz
Vites: 3 multis
E: 20 min walk
I need carbs!! I may have meatballs tomorrow with some cranberry sauce - I need to have a little fun, I dunno maybe I'll weigh in and see how I'm doing - if I can get my morning poops out of the way early, tee hee!! ;-)
