Well, here goes nothing. I am flying out to San Diego today for my surgery tomorrow with Drs. Aceves and Ungson. I as nervous as ever, but also excited to finally be here at this point. I am so worried I am going to die, but I am trying to keep those thoughts out of my head, reminding myself that I am dying faster anyway by staying this heavy.

I have been watching all the posts since May and you guys helped me realize the DS is the best option for me. I appreciate the time every one takes to post here, it was great getting a glimpse of the good, bad and ugly before I actually took the plunge.
