evening batch: starting in a few 

EXERCITES:

Hi Gina,
I found those recipes I asked for on the other forum. Which jay rob bars do you like? I haven't tried any.
Showering this morning, found a staple that was missed. My PS's nurse had to dig it out. Hurt!!

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: cheese nacho's with fresh salsa
S: pecans (didn't settle....upchucked )
D: can't eat....just doing clear fluids

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: walked 4 miles at work today......I really have trouble slowing down

Ouch! I hope all this post-surgery stuff is behind you now. Do you think the pecans were too dense or rich for your system? Sorry you didn't have a good evening.

I like all 3 of JayRobb bars I've tried and think any of them will be good. I plan on trying to nuke them for 15 seconds and see how they are that way too. :)

I got hungry later in the evening so ate a few bites of Brok's pizza. Don't know why happened. I've eaten them before without any problems. Just my temperamental stomach I guess.

I'm going to the health food store this weekend so think I'll pick up one of those bars and try it.

3 slices of bologna on 1 slice rye toast ( yes, it is a funny looking samich with all that meat hanging out the sides)
cream cheese crockpot chicken
green beans
few forkfuls of wild rice
1 giant marshmallow
3 hershey's kisses
double protein coffee

vites:  all in and accounted for
fluids:  70+ oz

S: 3 fish sticks 3g
S: Cheese triangle 2g
D: 12 potato chips - I'd had really bad stabbing pains for about an hour by this point and it was all I was in the mood for (I'd have skipped all together otherwise).  The pain's passed, but I may try and dial back a bit to more mushy food.

P: 53g
F: 64oz
V: only 2 multis today
E: went out to Dr's surgery to have my dressing changed (I'm allowed to remove it early next week ;-))
