I have support group tonight, so I'm posting early.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - salad
S - JayRobb protein bar and a protein shake (30g)
S - pistachios
D - (going out before support group)


VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron:
evening batch:

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

Hi Gina,
Hope you had a good time tonight.
Busy day. After work had a dental check up then watched DGD's volleyball game. I'm very tired and already in bed relaxing. Still pretty sore and swollen.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: salad with bacon, cheese, garbanzo beans, beets
S: pecans
D: chicken fajita's minus the tortilla, chips and guacamole

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work (walked 3 1/2 mile)

Business lunches are the pits. I think I paid $8 for about 8 bites of Greek salad and a bottle of water yesterday. I wasn't about to pay $10 for a slice of meatloaf with God knows what in it.

B: Some Greek yogurt w low sugar jelly (not a lot) and some cheese ~15g
S: Cheese 7g
L: Soupy chili 27g
S: 4 fishsticks 4g
D: Burger 27g

P: 80g
F: 64oz
V: 3 multis
E: 20 minute walk

Can't believe I'm eating less.  It's either still swollen in my abdominal area (I'm 15 days out so it could be the case) or the fact that I'm barely having carbs (certainly less than pre-DS, I'd have 100g protein but still have space for a chocolate bar! ;-)).
