  • Snack - 1/2 a snack bag popcorn & cheese
  • Dinner - 1 1/2 Chinese spring roll
  • Supper - CarbSmart ice cream

Hi Gina,
Hope you enjoy your weekend.
112 again! Huge wildfires burning now.
PS removed stitches and a few tiny staples. Hurt more than I expected. Said it looked good.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: BB cheese
L: (very late). A few bites of crab and avacado sushi
S: cookies (feeling sorry for myself but better after a nap)
D: hot dogs on the grill right now

Hey!!  Dr Elariny's support group is the first Tuesday every month. This coming week will be protein shake tasking and maybe some Greek yogurt as well. If you're in town, meet me for dinner at Merrifield Swee****er? We need to catch up. :)

1/2 chicken breast samich on rye w/mayo, roasted red peppers
bbq chips
pickles
sm piece of coffee cake
double protein coffee
2 grilled hot dogs  ate 2/3 of a whole wheat bun
cheez doodles
cole slaw
3 marshmallows
double protein coffee

fluids:  80+ oz

B: Double sausage egg McMuffin w mayo no bun 33g
S: Starbucks decaf coffee with pouring cream (not the sugary stuff) & SF syrup - yum yum yum!!
L: 2 burgers no bun (very soft meat) 24g
D: soupy, gravey like chili (very little tomato, but yum!!) 27g
S: soft blue cheese 2g

P: 90g
F: 64oz
V: 3 multi vites
E: going to shops for a couple of hours

Confession:  I post my bites a day behind - I'd forget what I'd had with the time difference otherwise so these are actually my Saturday's bites!! ;-)
