What is protien coffee? Thanks, Terri
Here's how I do protein coffee.
1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of Syntrax Nectar vanilla wth a dash of cinnamon)
{shake} until blended
Pour into large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}
Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the tips on Protien Coffee. I am better. I am now tubeless *except* for the feeding tube. I can eat/drink by mouth but so far not enough to take out that tube. I also have unexplained fevers which are a mystery so after much blood work they are thinking of more tests and maybe a visit to an infectious disease doctor.
My biggest issue is how weak I am. I go to a rehab appointment next week and need to get myself on a program to get my strenghth back. Right now I mostly have to use the wheelchair ourside the house.
So baby steps forward... I might even see about getting back to work part time.
Thanks everyone, Terri
