112 again!
Survived my first day back. Unfortunately have been sick...either food poisoning or GI virus. Better now.

B: 1 piece of bacon. (didn't stay down)
S: nothing
L: nothing
S: pumpkin bread
S: cheese crisps
D: bacon, protein shake
S: maybe a shake cake if I get hungry

V: none.

It was pretty awful upchucking with my sore abdominal muscles.

E: washing hair (probably shouldn't do much til my wounds are healed)
V: 3 multi vites

I'm starting to get bored foodwise.  I'm meant to be on mushies, but I'm starting to think if you can chew chicken REALLY well then it's mushy, right? ;-)

I'll try and hold off until after Monday night when I next get my dressings changed, if the wound's not healed then the insides must be at a similar stage.  Tuesday's my 2 weekiversary.
