  • Second breakfast -  Greek yogurt w/blueberries & protein coffee (30g)
  • Snack - JayRobb protein bar
  • Elevenses - Jay Robb bar
  • Lunch - protein shake (30g)
  • Afternoon tea - pistachios
  • Dinner - gluten free spaghetti with hot Italian sausage and marinara sauce
  • Supper - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES: 
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups

Hi Gina,
I'm not posting my bites today.......massive carb overload. Don't know what got into me. Tomorrow will be another day.
Overall, feeling better today. Spent 3 hrs out running errands and watching volleyball games.

Any special instructions on fixing your spaghetti with sausage?

I buy a brown rice spaghetti and fix it with olive oil and sea salt in the water. The Italian sausage was grass fed beef sausage and the spaghetti sauce was organic portabello mushroom marinara. I skin the sausage and crumble it into a little olive oil to brown, then just pour the sauce over top after I drain it a little.

L: 1/2 quiche, no crust 15g
S: 2 cheese slices 10g
D:  1/2 quiche, no crust 15g

P: 55g
Had 3 multi vites today.  Vitalady order placed - should arrive in 3 weeks.
F: only 48oz, can't believe how full I feel for someone who hasn't their stomach revised!! ;-)
E: today's my weekiversary & I was permitted to shower rather than wash & was able to do my hair
