S - regular yogurt w/blueberries and extra protein powder and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g) a few peanuts
S - pistachios
S - cheese

D - part of a chicken thigh with cream of mushroom soup gravy & rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream 

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner 

EXERCITES:
1  - 15 minute walk

Happy Friday!!
Had my last pre op appt...took 3 hrs. Yuck. Spent so much time there that it got my eating routine off.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: almonds
S: adkin's granola bar
L: (very late). Crab and avacado sushi
D: steak, salad, mushrooms

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, sitting in dr office, pool exercises

 Hello, today was a hungry day yea.

Breakfast- Double protein shake
Snack- String cheese stick
Lunch- Bar B Q pork chop
Snack Pop corn
Dinner- Hamburger Patty with cheese 3 french fries
Snack-Pending but I have made my protein shake

I know I got all my protein in and my liquids for the day
Pending 1 batch of vitamins
No exercise today
