morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner 

EXERCITES:
2  - 15 minute walks

happy hump day! i behaved and had a much better eating day today.

macadamia nuts
pumpkin seeds
4 slices lebanon bologna
chik-fil-a spicy chicken sandwich 1/2 the bun
few fries
corn nuts
more pumpkin seeds
handful of peanut m&m's
double protein iced coffee
grilled italian sausage
mini carrots
2 oreos
double protein iced coffee

fluids:  90 oz
vites:  all in

Hi Gina,
Don't think I'm nervous, but breaking out on my face and scalp. Oh well. Decided to keep taking my multivits. Stopped my aspirin and vit E.
