evening batch: starting 

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

Howdy.

A few ounces of deli ham, 2 slices white cheddar
2 quesadillas on 1 (ea) small tortillas w/ plenty of asedero cheese
several peanuts
6oz of fried queso panela

Thinking of having the other 6oz of queso panela

exercites - killing myself trying to get a new ladder on my pool, sweeping etc - outside stuff

Nice Bites and working up a frustrated sweat outside definitely counts as exercise. :)

Late check in, Gina.
I've been working 10-12 hr days plus DGD had two volleyball games tonight.
Feeling pretty discouraged...scale keeps creeping up. Makes it hard to resist temptation since being strict low carb does seem to help.
will have to regroup after vacation.

L: going away finger food party at work....lots of cheese, few crackers, few grapes, small brownie
D: Brok's pizza
S: CS ice cream bar

All that frustration is the hernia's fault. I'm hoping like crazy that when that's fixed the low carbs will pay off. Get some rest this weekend. I can imagine you laying out at the pool all day. :)
