At goal weight - two year out!
It truly is too good to be true. If you have any questions, let me know. Just remember if you have a not so great day, the next day will be better and then the next day will be a little better than the last. It just keeps getting better and better. Don't stress out trying to be perfect either. Your body has most of its vitamins for at least 30 days after the surgery from what I have read/heard. So, just focus on water and trying to eat soft foods at first. My surgeon said whatever I could tolerate and chew to the consistency of fitting it into a mcdonalds straw would be fine at first. So, I had applesauce, chicken noodle soup and popcicles. I think staying hydrated is important at first, so just keep sipping water slowly. And rest up a lot and walk a little bit- like 5 - 10 minutes slowly a few times a day.
