In general, supplements don't prevent osteoporosis and may be associated with heart problems. I'm sure it applies to normies....not us. And I think it's directed towards post menopausal women...like me.

L- taco salad.. With corn chips instead of shell, handfull of m&ms
S- 
D- Ham swiss wrap

Need more water 
Still working on night vits
No excercites!

Looks pretty good. Are you having trouble tolerating fluids or not enough time in the day for them?

 I'm just having a hard time getting them all in.. I seem to be having a harder time than anticipated getting in a routine since the move also :(

I understand. Even as far out as you are, maybe setting a timer to help you remember to drink some water or fluids might help.

Been missing in action, but doing pretty well.  Getting ready to do the recital I had planned to do last year when things went to he!! in a handbasket.

S - Strawberry yogurt  (Stomach gets upset and tends toward diahrrea if I don't eat something within 20 minutes of getting up, so this is my day starter.
B - Sausage/Egg/Cheese casserole square with slice of WW toast.
S - An Apple
L - Cup of Salmon Salad (made same as tuna but extra egg and mayo . . . yummm) and about 4 slices of roasted potatoes.
S - 4oz of cashews
D - Repeat of lunch and 3 oatmeal/choc chip cookies.

Fluids - About 100oz
Vites - Behind by one dose.
Exercise - None today.

Had the slightest bit of nausea, which is unusual for me and a brief, but noticeable cold sweat a couple hours later.  Suspect it's my potassium getting low, so upping/monitoring that.  Doc can't see me til next week, but keeping him posted.
