Okay..... I know i've been MIA for a while....and my 1year sereversary came and went over a month ago...however I remember how much encouragement I recieved here, and how much the update photos inspired me. So I thought i'd pay it forward. First, to thank all the Vets.. without whom i woulld have taken the wrong path, and would not be where i am today!!! I learned sooo much from each and every one. And to all the newbies who are unsure who to listen to.... listen to the vets!! They know thier stuff, because they've been where you are!!
So here it is.... I hope i can be a source of encouragement to someone who doesn't think they will ever achieve a healthy lifestyle. I hoped, but never thought, i'd ever be in ONEDERLAND!!! and here i am 250lbs gone and now at 195!!!! Still have quite a row to hoe. But I know that if i continue to work hard and eat right, I'll soon be where i need to be. 195? Who woulda thunk it?!?!?!? lol

Honestly, I hate it when people post their after pictures. It makes me jealous! You are looking great and probably living much better than you ever have, and I'm still fat.
