Another busy day plus 2 hours getting hair colored and cut then dinner out.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: cheese nachos
S: Adkins granola bar
D: shrimp ****tail, salad, cheddar biscuit and baked potato

what's a perfect way to end a very bad week?  getting a jury duty notice in the mail. 

double protein coffee
2 slices lebanon bologna
2 slices thick cut bacon
hard boiled egg
almonds
toppings off 2 slices of pepperoni pizza
double protein coffee
mini bag of m&m's
dinner w/gf @ longhorn steak house:
smirnoff ice (boy did that taste good)
shrimp
chicken wraps
1/2 of a tastycake junior
double protein coffee

vites:  missed again, late afternoon batch
fluids:  90+ oz
