Hello Gina and all today was a so so day not feeling well have infection around my tube so I am sick of stomach a little but I think I still did descent
Breakfast 1- Cheese eggs and a chicken wing
Breakfast -2 Double protein coffee shake
Lunch- Pop Corn
Dinner- Hamburger steak
Diet blueberry cranberry juice
Diet V8 splash

Hi there,
So my eating has not been good.. And I feel completly hungery ALL the time..
B- scrambled eggs, protein coffee
L- 2 small slices cheese pizza probably half the crust,fudge brownie
S-jerky peanuts, Gatorade 2 , a couple handlefulls of go lean cereal
D- home made chicken Alfredo with chicken, mushrooms and spinach, with quinoa noodles
S- Greek yogurt Popsicle, small bowl of go lean
Vits- missed noon batch
Excercites none
Water not enough
Also I'm having like a tingling numbness in my right leg only.. Could this be a deficiency or even related to DS.. I had my labs 3 months ago and Weren't too bad.. Problem insurance doesn't kick in for a few more months... Any suggestions.

Are you under-supplementing B12 or over-supplementing with B-complex everyday. Low B12 or overly high B6 might cause the tingling. I hope you can get your labs done soon. Increase your daily protein some as well.
