I think I'm seeing a little progress on the scale this morning...starving today trying to help it along. lol Got great news back on my dexa scan. +.2 improvement in spite of being off the Fosamax this past year. I just increased my vitamin K2 to 600mcg a day.

That is really good news re: your scan results.
Yesterday was so busy. Sat nite a dance, then yesterday set up for another dance, then the dance and the tear down and clean up. My back is killing me from unloading folding chairs. We won't discuss the eating /food.

Peanut Butter 4 table spoons
Boiled eggs
Hamburger Helper, corn on cobb and a bite of brad
I did not dso well with water and juice. I will have to eat something and drink something before going to bed to avoid blood sugar dropping
