Hi Gina,
When you fix your protein coffee with Jay Rob, how many packets of spend a do you add? I picked up a sample of vanilla today

Arrrgh....another hungry day.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: almonds
L: (early) egg salad
S: cookies
D: Brok's pizza
S: will snack at the dance tonight

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: lots of errands and running around today....dance tonight.

Tried on a bunch of stuff in Old Navy, all too big, so I went home. I really didn't need anything anyway.

I use 2 Splenda packets in the 20oz shaker cup and I add 1/2 a capsule of cinnamon.

Understand your head hunger. Tried to be good today. Don't know if it will help. I bought baby carrots and celery this week instead of popcorn and pistachios. Something has got to give with this bounce up. Have fun this evening at dance practice. Be good!

I looked at baby carrots at the store. Haven't had the nerve to try raw ones yet.

BFF has signed up at a bariatrician office to do HCG diet. She showed me all the stuff they gave her. Her BMI is 48. Her hubby's is a RNY failure and she won't consider surgery.

Long story short, think we're going to sign up for Y and do water aerobics

I guess the water aerobics will help her get a little healthier. You do what you can and sometimes the seed takes root and sometimes it doesn't.

hi everyone.  off tomorrow than back in work come monday.  oy vey, this schedule is a rough one. but, it will pass.

double protein shake
7 slices turkey bacon
hard boiled egg (this is my go to food - surprised i am not sick of it)
almonds
2 mini cinnamon donuts
entire large can of tuna w/celery, onion, mayo and chopped egg
few chips
bacon cheese burger w/ only 1/2 the bun
few cheese fries
3 hershey's kisses
double protein coffee

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  70+ oz by bedtime
