Hi Gina,
Are you surviving your weekend?
We were supposed to go out tonight but I didn't feel comfortable being away from home with the potential for severe weather, so just hanging out. Tornados are all to the west so far, but we won't be out of the woods until noon tomorrow.

I even hungry all day, so ended up fixing dinner early.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
L: turkey and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles
S (eaten throughout the day): almonds, CS ice cream bar, popcorn
D: Brok's pizza
S: ??? Right now I'm finally not hungry

V: one batch left

E: grocery shopping, etc

I've been watching the maps and swinging lizards for you all day, Gail. You're most definitely in my thoughts and prayers.

The babies just left. We've been doing ok today. I survived shopping with my mom--that was the real test. We did a couple of projects together and did just fine. Thanks. :)

hi everyone,.  woke up w/ a stabbing pain in lower left side.  been w/ me all day.  think it is a stubborn gas pocket.  keeping my eye on it for sure.

EARLY MORNING: NOTHING

BREAKFAST: STEAK OMELLETTE

LUNCH: WENDY’S 5 PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS

DINNER: CALAMARI (GRILLED), BBQ CHICKEN (GRILLED), BRI, SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP MADE FROM GOAT CHZ, SHRIMP WONTONS (FRIED), HAD A LITTLE BIT OF EACH BUT MOSTLY CLAMARI  (WAS WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE ALL SHARING APPATIZERS)

SNACKS: CARAMEL MACHIATTO (SUGAR FREE CARAMEL & HEAVY CREAM)
