Looks pretty good, Noreen. I think I'm going to have to add another shake in the evening to keep from eating so much at dinner and snacking afterwards. {sigh}

Hi Gina and Noreen,
Well, finally starting to feel better. Think I've recovered from my carb fest.
Severe storms due in Saturday.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: ham and Swiss on thin WW bun, pickles
S: Adkins granola bar
D: few bites of pulled pork and baked potato. (stopped eating because it wasn't settling)
S: ????

Glad you're feeling better, Gail. Sure wish I was recovered from Easter. This has been harder to get off this time.

HELLO EVERYONE! WEEK IS ALMOST DONE!

EARLY MORNING: PROTEIN COFFEE

BREAKFAST: JERKY

LUNCH: CHICKEN STRIPS

DINNER: LOW CARB/HIGH PROTEIN NOODLES (FORGET THE NAME THEY ARE A CHINESE NOODLE) WITH CHICKEN, TERIYAKI, AND STIR FRY VEGGIES. (ALSO BOILED THE CHICKEN IN BUTTER AND WATER FOR EXTRA FLAVOR AND TENDERNESS)
