Hi, Gina,
Are you enjoying you weekend?
I have to work one weekend a year and this is it. I was up at 4:30 and finished about 1. After grocery shopping and errands, come ho e and took a nap. I get Mon and Tues off as compensation.

B: bacon, protein shake
S: cheese
L: cheese nachos
S: almonds
S: CS ice-cream bar
D: Brok's pizza
S: ??

V: one batch left
F: plenty
E: work, grocery shopping

Tomorrow I'll remember to take snacks.

egg bake(new recipe, too bland.  added hot sauce)
grilled ham slice
3 donut holes
almonds

fired up the grill (yes, even in the rain hubs loves to grill)
rib eye steak - 4oz
few bites of au gratin potatoes
3 hershey kisses
double protein coffee

vites:  all in
fluids: 72 oz by bedtime

Definitely time to fire up the grill. I made sure we have charcoal and lighter fluid on hand. Grilled rib eye steaks are in my future too. Yum!

We'd probably do more grilling out if we had a gas grill. Son#2 has all kinds of steak rubs he wants to try. He watches way too much Food Network.
