2nd Year Anniversary
March 18th was my 2nd DS Anniversary. It has been the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I have lost 230lbs still have 20 to loose to be at the goal that Dr Inman set for me. I started out at my highest weight which was 420lbs. I was wearing a 5 to 6X. I now wear a 12/14 top and a 16 pants. I have gotten off most of my medicines. I am still using a Bi-pap but my settings we lowered from 22/18 to 18/12. My Dr said that I had done so much damage to my lungs and heart before that I would never get rid of it. That's ok for I still feel better. I have never been a person that wanted to exercise but I saw the post that Lori Senften posted about doing Zumba, so a friend of mine which also has had WLS only she had the RNY, decided to check it out. What can I say this 60 year old loves Zumba. I am now going 4 times a week. I can't move like some of them do but who cares. I'm exercising and having fun. Here is a some pictures of my progress.
