Sooooo today went like this:
B: protein coffee, a 2 egg scrambled omlet (4 pc bacon, 1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese)
L: protein coffee, 5 pieces of honey bbq chicken (tyson brand) 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ 1 Tbsp Dorthy lynch dressing, 2 PB cookies
S: 1 pkg (lol can't put it down!, which is 3 servings) bacon jerky
D: 1 Taco bell hard shell taco
Drinks: working on that still but at about 90oz.
Vites: morning ones done, got the bedtime ones to do in a few hours
Exercise: 1 1/2 hour cleaning the yard, raking, pulling weeds, transplanting flowers and planting grass. :) :)
