we are getting ready to move my father into a retirement community.  traveling from philly to west va to pack up the millions of items he has hoarded over the years.  oy vey.

double protein coffee
tuna fish
sunflower seeds
crab cakes
few bites of mashed potatoes
few bites of green beans
few bites of peanut butter pie
more sunflower seeds on the ride home
double protein coffee

vites:  missed a calcium, missed entire late afternoon batch....grrrr
fluids:  70+by bedtime
