 That's so weird. I thought I made a post but it didn't show up. 
Anyway, Major mom can you PM me your email so I can send you my labs. I tried to PM you but it wouldn't work, probably cause I'm on my phone. If you don't mind of course. Thanks :)

Curious... what's this "protein coffee" I keep seeing everyone drinking?!?! I wanna get in on it!

Protein Coffee

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, soy or almond milk, or Lactaid milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar Cappuccino, Jay Robb vanilla, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into extra large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.
