scrambled eggs
sausage
3 donut holes
sunflower seeds
ruby tuesdays for dinner:
crab cake
salad(less) salad bar w/ lots of protein selections and blue cheese dressing
double protein coffee
toppings off 2 pc leftover pizza (bacon, black olives, sausage, cheese)

fluids:  kinda lost count - 70+ oz
vites:  yuppers - all in
