 Hi,
B- egg and cheese sandwich(1/2 slice bread)
S-protein coffee couple bites of daughters oatmeal
L-turkey cheese rolls dipped in mustard, chocolate heart 
S-none
D-grilled chucked with steame asparagus .. Had to drench the chicken in katchup!! It was That bad :(

Vits - missed noon batch
Water- 70 ounces
Excercites - 30 Min on bike

I still have trouble with chicken most times and I've tried to fix it so it's falling-off-the-bones tender. Hang in there.

Hey Guys,
B - Breakfast casserole, cubes red skinned potatoes, onions, bell peppers, crumbled sausage, a ton of shredded cheese, coffee with Hc
S - iced coffee with HC, double scoop flavorless protein powder, sf caramel syrup
L - low carb wrap with turkey, cheese and chipotle mayo, venti unsweetened iced green tea
S - pepperoni nuked and dipped in ranch dressing, double scoop protein shake
D - chilli with sour cream and shredded cheese
S - fage yoghurt with sf jam, hot green tea

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
