S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - pistachios

D - pork roast w/gravy, rice and mustard greens
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES: (Vitalady's DS plan w/tweaks)
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: skipped
iron: skipped
evening batch: starting in a few

EXERCITES:
none

 Hi!!
B-protein coffee
S- scrambled eggs sausage cheese stick and lunch meat
L- left over tuna salad half slice of rye bread
S- Kayla's protein peanut  butter cocoa cookies
D- brisket and asparagus 

Vits - all but night
Water- 64 ounces so far
Excercites- snow Shoveling!! 

Majormom... What probiotic do you use.. I'm thinking about switching I currently use Walgreens brand. I think May try primal defense or ultimate flora.. Any suggestion thanks!!

I use Primal Defense Ultra, someone mentioned Align on the board-that must-not-be named, and I may give that one a try at some point.

Your Bites look great--brisket and asparagus are 2 of my favorites.

I'm not very domesticated so my Bites are pretty boring. :)

 Lol.. What ever works though.. My all time favorite is ribeye steak.. My hubby says were going to have to butcher 2 steers at this rate!

What does asparagus taste like? And how is it prepared? I'd love to branch out beyond green beans on the veggie front but I'm very picky. I don't like broccoli at all, but I'd like to increase my palate.

gf blueberry pancakes??  please share the recipe.  my mouth is watering.

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
7-8 slices thick cut bacon
leftover buffalo chicken
double protein coffee
3" x 3" pc of chocolate cake
ruby tuesday's for dinner
crab cake
hot wings
salad bar (no lettuce)
wonton wrapped chix appetizer
2 pc of chocolate from my valentine's stash
planned  - fix another protein coffee

vites:  all on schedule
fluids - a most hydrating 80+ oz by bedtime.
