B - protein coffee (25) & bacon (5)
S - Almonds (5)
L - low carb tortilla w/ peanut butter & banana (10)
S - cheese, pork rinds & ranch dip (10)
D - meatballs w/ cheese (15)
S - plan on fage yogurt w/fruit & granola (15)

Guess I need to add a protein drink each day to get up to 100 grams in....

 Ate like a little piggy today, so ashamed will just list the totals. 

Protein 195
Net Carbs 34
Fat 158

I probably had more protein than that but I stopped counting.  I was so hungry yesterday and we making an attempt to stop myself from the carbs.
