Happy Valentines day everyone!
B - large slice breakfast casserole with sausage, onions, peppers and a ton of cheese, 2 coffees with HC (20g)
S - large protein coffee with 2 scoops (35g)
L - 2 flat out foldovers stuffed with cheese, turkey and mayo (eaten over 2 hours), large unsweetened iced green tea (35g)
S - leftover warmed up buffalo blue cheese chicken dip with pork rinds(20g)
D - pork loin marinated in vidalia onion & fig sauce, brussel sprouts with onion and bacon and smahed red potatoes, 2 glass white wine spritzer (40g)

My Valentines gift was a years subscription to our Local Golds gym - SO excited to try all the fun new classes such as body pump, hip hop step, spinning and some kind of kick boxing exercise!! Toned tush here I come lol
