We have a small dusting of snow this morning and looks like more rain today. I really was hoping to see a little more snow this winter but that last 2 years should probably satisfy me.

B-Protein Shake, inside of Bacon Egg & cheese bisc from McDonalds (in other words, no biscuit)
S-Sauage balls and cheese
L-big mac minus 2 of the 3 buns
s-sausage balls and cheese
d-finished off sausage balls
vites: done
Exercites: about 45 mins of power walking (shopping) through Walmart at lunch time (only had 1 hour to get there get my list of stuff, and get back to work)
