evening batch: starting

- 15 minute walks

B- eggs sausage

L- salad loaded with beans meat and ranch
D- steak small glass of milk

Vites 
All in but bedtime batch
Swimming 45 mins I was chatting the other 15 mins !

Water 55 ounces and still counting! 

A good day on top of it!! :)

I will try to do this in the order I ate today

triple protein shake
kroger low carb raspberry yogurt
two pieces cheddar
7 slices crispy bacon
5 pieces montery jack
7 more slices crispy bacon
5 pieces cheddar
another kroger low carb yogurt - carrot cake
double protein drink
three more pieces cheese
tilapia, shrimp, scallops with loads of butter, parmesan and cheddar served with some creamed spinach
carb smart ice cream bar

loads of drinks today

4 doses of vitamins, will take a 5th later and also another iron later before bed
