YorkieGal, how is the Julian bread?  I am so tempted to buy a loaf of the cinnamon raisin to use as a treat with butter.

My day so far:

B: double protein shake
B1: low carb toast slice, 3 slices ham, 3 slices bacon, 2 slices colby
L: triple protein shake
S: two slices ham, one slice colby
D: leftover cabbage
S: slice of colby jack
S: carb control fudge bar

Vites - 4 down the hatch so far
Exercise - 30 minutes on the resistance bike, moving furniture in my office around today (and I loved that I could do it without huffing and puffing)

Looks like a good day. I liked the Julian cinnamon raisin bread the best of all the ones I tried. Great buttered toast.

We had a good time but found out Dr E's NUT is moving on to culinary school and beyond. She even past Vitalady muster this summer...we are so sad about that and hoping the new NUT will be teachable the way this one was.

Severly craving carbs today...grr

B-3 egg omelet with cheese
L-double protein shake with pineapple
S-buster bar from DQ (my only carbs today 45g, but was worth it)
D-corn beef without cabbage, salad with ranch

still feeling hungry no matter what I do, would be easy to go crazy on carbs today

This is tough. Do you like hard-boiled  eggs or deviled eggs? Might help with after dinner munchies.

I think sometimes it helps to keep a list of all the snacks you CAN eat somewhere you will see it -

Pepperoni chips nuked and dipped in ranch/mayo combo
Popcorn with butter
Pork rinds with queso/sour cream or ranch dip
Cheese cubes
Hard boiled eggs
Egg salad, tuna salad, neptune salad on some low carb crackers
fage yoghurt with sf jello and sg whipped cream
