I'm having one of those days where I'm starving!!! I've been an eating machine today...fortunately mostly protein.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs with 4 slices of lunch meat (ham)
Snack: Atkins bar (19 g of protein and 2 carbs)
Lunch: McDouble withOUT the bun.
Snack: Protein bar (19 g protein and 2 carbs)
Dinner: 3 hotdogs (no bun) and 5 tater tots with a little ketchup and mustard (about 15 carbs)
Snack: ANOTHER protein bar
Snack: Slice of cheese
2nd ?? dinner: 1 fried egg (cuz there weren't 2 left!!) and some fried summer sausage.
I normally do not like to allow myself to eat more than one protein bar per day...but like I said I was starving today and trying to stay under 40 carbs. Tomorrow I'm going to try to drink more water and keep eating lots of protein and a small amount of carbs.

It feels good to be off the chocolate. I'm traveling on Friday for 4 nights. I hope I can pack enough protein and make good choices. I usually GAIN weight at a flyball tournament. I'm determined not to this time.

No good reason as to why I forgot the vitamins. I was snowblowing the driveway, then did the neighbour's driveway and then made the neighbour cookies. I just plain ol' forgot to take them.
