Me thinks I'm doing too much bread and not enough protein or water!

B - mashed potatoes & tomato gravy
L - half a pancake with maple syrup with cream & fruits, & 1 cheese and pesto pastry pie & a coffee with real sugar!
D - humus, baba ganoush, falafal, and minty yogurt & salad & diet coke
S - biriyani rice with yogurt & and fruit pie with squirty cream (i've had too much of pies!)
S - going to the kitchen now for a snack!
today is my last cheating day! tomorrow back to normal:) no vites or protein shakes today - busy all day!!!!

L: sirloin steak, grilled onions, creamed spinach and seasoned cabbage
S: 4 34-degree crackers with cream cheese
S: breyers low carb fudge bar
S: 3 slices bacon with 6 cheese cubes
D: 4 34 Degree crackers with cheese and 2 more with sugar free strawberry jam
Liquids: LOTS
Vits: 4 doses so far with one more to go
Exercise: lots of shopping, cleaning closets and general laundry stuff.
I sort of want more food but will finish up my G2 and do more water instead.
