Joined the Century Club
After being stalled for over 4 weeks, I finally did it!!! I have lost 100 lbs since starting my DS journey.
I cannot ignore the fact the fact that I have lost a total of 163 lbs since my heaviest weight in 2008 but losing this last 100 lbs has truly marked the beginning of this new chapter in my life.

As you have noticed, I am already there at the other forum. I may not comment or post much but I needed te be able to keep learning from our valuable vets so I followed them there as well.

I know this has been a difficult year for you. The type of year that would have caused me to gain weight before the DS! So you did really well. Congratulations and hope you have a smooth road from here on out. No more stalls too.

As you can imagine I am ready to kiss 2011 good bye... but I am afraid to say 2012 will not start on an easy note as the drama with my ex is reaching a new level. If it wasn't for my DS I am sure I would have gained weight and I am seriously struggling with trying to find new ways to cope since I can't turn to food anymore. For now exercise has replaced food.. to the point where my family is telling me to stop :-(
