Discharged to a convalescent facility the day after surgery???

i went home the day after my surgery (by choice).  I don't think this option is all that crazy.  nurses are on staff if you need them, and Dr. Gagner is a great surgeon from all i've heard, so complications are pretty unlikely anyway. 
so, while i personally wouldn't have a problem with this, you obviously do, and you should speak up, i think.

 Aside from needing a potassium boost, I would have done okay in such a facility recovering for a couple of days.  If you really feel uncomfortable about it, though, speak up for yourself.  They can probably make adjustments to their plan for you.
