Thanks ladies.   Your support and encouragement mean so much.
Ya'll are probably the reason I haven't totally abandoned all hope of losing more and why I still try to keep my carbs in check (75 net or less).
I'm sure if I start back to the gym with some regularity and start working with weights again, I'll see further progress.

My stall has been going on since last March. I guess I'm in maintenance mode now. NEVER! I will NOT give up until I hit my 150 goal damnit!!!  OK, actually I'm not trying to lose, just trying not to gain. Still not feeling well in the head. and now I started feeling crappy. Like sick crappy, and as if the universe hasn't thrown enough **** our way I started having freaking hot flashes today. Oh joy.

On the plus side I'm crocheting up a storm. I'm gonna post an off topic post with pics.

Bites:
1 banana (thank goodness they are all gone now)
1 - 3 egg omlet with 2 slices of american cheese & 2 slices of swiss cheese and sauteed onions
one whole package, eaten throughout the day with a bunch of celery sticks. (I'm so ashamed, but it was so damned good)
1 - 3 egg omlet with 1 slices of cheese & 2 slices of swiss and sauteed onions
1 large hamburger with 4 slices of cheese and sweated onions cut up into a bowl and mixed with mayo.  Looks terrible, tastes yummy.  Oh, and I had about 1/3 of a cup (maybe 1/2) of some boxed kcraft mac & cheese. I threw that in my hamburger mash bowl.
Lots of coffee with cream and/or half and half throughout the day.

No vites
No exercise.
