Hi Gina and everyone,
Well, crappy day #2.
1. Still really sick.
2. Folks at work are trying t9 figure out something for me to do one day a week to cover my health insurance.
3. DH was driving 3 students to an event. Car was broadsided and flipped, but no one was seriously injured. The police couldn't determine fault.....the car is totaled ....found out we don't have collision coverage. Don't know how that happened.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun, few mini pickles, CS fudge bar
S: mixed nuts, salami
D: ?????
S: ?????
V: all done
F: floating away
E: none...spent the day in bed
Realized I was stress eating last night. Got the bad stuff out of the house.

Good grief! I know you've already thought about running away from home but hang in there. I hope you feel better soon and all this crap will be behind you.

Gosh Gail. I'm so sorry all of this is happening to you.
On the plus side, next year has to get better, right?!?
Given all you stress, in addition to the normal this time of year, you have done extraordinarily well. Stress eating is totally normal and you have taken the steps to make sure it doesn't get out of hand by getting rid of the bad stuff.
I sincerely hope tomorrow, and the coming days, are much better for you and your family.

Guess it is that time of the year for stress eating. I've felt like I could inhale a small grocery store today. I know I'm not physically hungry still, but I WANT TO EAT!
BITES:
B - Double protein shake, slice roast beef, salami wrapped pepper.
L - 5 oz carne asada in Pho broth, maybe 1/5 normal noodles in broth, Reeses PB cup
S - bagel thin with cream cheese, deviled egg
S2 - Chicken caesar salad with added cheese & a few croutons
D - planning on sweet Italian sausage link over Dreamfields with lower carb marinara.
Bedtime - probably will do a slug of Nectar to up the protein.
Guessing I'll get in around 165 g. protein and 85 or so net carbs.
VITES: so far on track, bedtime and proferrin pending.
FLUIDS: 80+ so far. (Been drinking to keep from shoving a small child into my maw.)
EXERCITES: 15 minute walk, took stairs several times today, and I've still got to go to Costco tonight for chicken and protein.
Okay, total photo ***** and validation seeking behaviour, but this is what a 3 month stall looks like:
And although I'd really like to be 20 pounds lighter, I'm pretty darned happy with what I've accomplished so far.
