Hi Danni! Thanks for positive words:) I do have to say that i dont believe in the "revision" stuff. I think it has more to do with age and how damaged your metabolism is but thats just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions;)...

So your big days Monday! I hope all goes well. If you happen to see Lisa tell her we are all thinking of her!:)

Edited cuz some of my words disappeared:(

Lookin' good, chica!  Keep up the great work!

Sorry to hear that you've got an intolerance to sucralose... it seems like it's the main aspartame alternative.  Have you given Stevia a go?  I ordered some of the white stevia extract powder from Amazon.  I'll give it a try when I start on soft foods.

Keep on rockin' that DS!

Yeah, the Healthy n Fit protein is sweetened with Stevia so i know i can use it. I should give it a try again...tried it years ago and thought it was terrible. But when you have no other options, you do what you have to!!!

Way to go Switch Sister.......I too have lost 32lbs....but you can't really tell yet so I'll save the pics for 3 months....hopefully it will show by then!   I always did have to lose about 50 before folks started to notice!

Have you compared pics yet? I bet you can tell a difference. But yes 50lbs is always where people start to notice. The 21lbs i lost before surgery NO ONE noticed!

Doesnt it feel great not to have that crap band anymore. At WL support group an RNYer was talking about her daughter who got the band 5months ago. She said they've coin the phrase "first bite syndrome" I laughed and said hun thats really what they can it and i suffered with it for 5yrs! To think for the last 5wks ive not felt stuck or like i was having a heart attack. Thoroughly chewing my first bite then having to wait 20mins for it to go down. The DS has been heaven, even with all the vites and nausea, compared to that!!!

Its crazy how our weight loss has mirrored each others...true switch sisters I would say!!! HAHA Good job Kristi! I will be excited to see your 3mon pics:)

WOW, Jennifer! You're doing awesome! I bet you'll have a flat belly and a bubble butt when all is said and done. You're gonna have all the right curves in all the right places! Time will tell and it won't take long! Keep up the great work!
