The human body does not require any dietary carbs to be healthy. It's fine to have only 28. It's fine to have 0 (though difficult since there are carbs even in things like spinach). There is no minimum you need to aim for. Quite the opposite, most folks are most successful when they keep carbs TO a minimum.
