I am not a good DSer these days.  I don't remember the order in which I ate all this today, so I'm just jotting down what I ate and not when.

3 bananas
4 fried eggs
1 slice of deli ham
1 large hamburger with 3 slices of cheese and mayo (no bread)
2 onions sauteed in butter
Lots of coffee with cream or half and half



No vites
no exercise

No to the potassium. I think I ate one at breakfast, then one later in the day and I was hungry near bedtime so I ate another one then. I asked my husband not to buy bananas because I love them, but he didn't listen to me. I won't eat them if they are too yellow so I have a window in which to enjoy them. There are two left. Not enough to make banana bread with, but at this point they are too ripe for me. I might just take and blender them down and add some cocoa with a bit of splenda and vanilla and then stick it in the freezer. It's a nice frozen treat.

B - 1 cheese on toast & english tea
S - protein shake (30g)
L - kidney beans curry, salad with nuts and cheese
S - small handful of nuts
S - total yogurt with some blueberries
D - veg turkey slices, soy chunks, salad with nuts and cheese, some veggies
S - cream cheese on 3 rye crackers
S - protein shake (20g)
