***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
First time posting on the bites and vites thread. I am a carb eater and only count protein. I have been at goal for more than 4 and half years.
My scedule is a bit upside down because I follow my DH's 3rd shift schedule,
~Homemade cheese burger with double cheese on a whole grain bun and sweet potato fries.
~ Grilled Ham and Cheese with 2 slices of swiss and a slice of sharp cheddar and 3 pieces of ham on whole grain and a few potato chips.
~ PB and J on whole grain bread.
~ 3 Peanut butter heath cookies
~ half a bolonga and cheese sandwich
~ Ritz and Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Vites all taken
OK lots of sandwiches today which is odd for me.

At goal for 4 years!
I often wonder how folks on a night shift manage their DS requirements and eating. Nurses, for example, have my utmost respect for how they seem to manage with their rotating schedules.
