S - pistachios and/or popcorn
D - going out to eat before support group

Breakfast - Steak & Egg bagel, hashbrowns, diet dr pepper
Lunch - Chicken breast and mashed potatoes
Snack - Yogurt with granola
Dinner - don't know yet
Vites - morning batch, BUT I forgot to bring my day's vitamins to work. :(

I was so excited this morning....the scale dropped!!!!!
B: couple bites of bacon and a few sips of protein shake (whoops...all came back up. Oh, well, this is the first time in over 2 weeks)
S: double protein shake
S: mixed nuts
S: cheese
L: 1/4 c black bean soup (9 carbs), cheese
S: Adkins mudslide bar
D: bacon, double protein shake (DH is out and I didn't want to cook)
S: ????
V: one batch left
F: on track
E: work walking
I was wondering - have you tried just doing liquids for first breakfast to see if your stomach might be less wonky early in the morning? I'm sorry that it all came back up, but here's hoping you go for another 2 weeks plus before having any more issues.

P.S. - is the Adkins Mudslide an ice cream bar? Or just an indulge bar? I may have to see if I can find them around these parts and try one.

B- Double protein shake with hot tea, 2 slices thick bologna, couple of bites Julian cheese toast.
L - Chicken caesar salad, couple of bites of Chicken Cordon bleu & baked potato with butter, cheese & sour cream slathered on.
D- Either more Chicken CB or some shredded roast pork loin smothered in Walden's Farm no carb BBQ sauce on low carb pita.
S- couple of glasses of Two Buck Chuck Merlot.
Bedtime - may drink another protein shake.
Fluids- 48 oz. so far
Vites: on track
Exercites- 2 15 minute walks at work, housework tonight.
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156
