Hi, Srry haven't been on here in so long, I just had my labs done, and there all great except iron is alittle low, and My Vit. A is low, I have been taking vitalady's 25k  totallying 100k a day, now my dr. is telling me to go with a water soluble vitamin a, and it's hard to find the higher amounts for the water soluble kind, and it's hard to find the caplets or capsules,  and not the soft gels I was under the impression that I wont absorb the soft gels, I need some advice, of where I can possibly get the Vitamin A water soluble from.... going nuts here..

You are taking Vitalady's Tender A?  The 25,000 ius one?  If you are, that IS water miscible.

Vitalady's A are the dry, or water soluable form.   I had to up my daily A intake to 275,000k, and my vite A is only up from 37 to 42.  So, it's a ***** to get that number up!

You might try taking sublingual vitamin A in conjunction with what you're already doing.

Keep in mind, only one company makes one, and it is so bad tasting it is nearly unusable. I suppose if I was desperate...

I'd have her double her A she is taking first.

Vitalady's A is my first choice, but when I can't get it, I take this from the Vitamin Shoppe:

Dr. Slim Shady's recommendation for a sublingual + 100K sounds like a plan.  It looks like Vitalady has one in 10K:

I have to take my dry vitamins in the middle of the night.  I was taking 150k of D and 75k of A and having them go down when taken with food.  Once I started taking them in the middle of the night, the numbers went up fairly quickly.  I also take a dose of calcium with  my dry vits.

You  may want to try it for 3mo and retest.
