You can try Special K protein plus cereal.

3/4 cup
10 grams proteion
14 grams carbs: 5 grams fiber= Net carbs 9 grams

It is not ideal, but it is a dry food that doesnt need a fridge that you could eat when it softens up in the milk starting early out. 

I like the taste of this personally  and it is a good option for when I want cereal. It is not particularly sweet but it is sweetned, do not expect Cinnamon Toast Crunch. 

I eat this with a protein shake often for a pretty filling breakfast.
