OMG....5 hours of mall shopping and walking!!!! Hadw to come home a take a nap.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: sample of apple cider, sample of Godiva chocolate
L: almost 2 chicken strips and a couple fris
S: breve skinny peppermint mocha
S: couple handfuls of mixed nuts
D: turkey, Swiss, tomato and avacado on WW thin bun
S: plan double protein shake

chilly day. bright and sunny in philly.

double protein coffee
jimmy dean sausage/egg/cheese sandwich - top bun removed
sucked the insides out of a jelly donut
cashews
deviled ham spread on gluten free crackers
double protein coffee
diner for dinner:
matzo ball soup - ate broth and a small pc of matzo ball
sm lettuce-less salad w/blue cheese dressing
1/2 roll w/butter
broiled flounder w/tarter sauce
cole slaw
few fries
sm piece of lemon curd cake w/whipped cream frosting
will make another protein coffee b/4 bed

vites:  missed afternoon batch 
fluids: running low, trying to  hit 70 oz by bedtime

Maintaining &staying off creon... @ 132lbs Jan 22nd will be 2 yrs!
B: chocolate chip pancake w/ butter & syrup
S: 2 mini dove chocolates
L: tostada (refried beans, corn tostado & sm soft flour tortilla, taco meat, cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomato, olive, green onion, sour cream, avocado) & 1/2 mug rootbeer.
S: 1/2 mini choc choc cupcake, 1/4 coconut cupcake, 1/4 carrot cake cupcake, 1/4 red velvet cupcake; from Hello Cupcake.
D: date night w/ $25 coupon/certificate! 1/2 triple skytower deluxe cheese burger w/ bacon & avacado, 4 onion rings w/ dipping sauce, 6-7 french fries, 1/2 hubby's root beer & 3/4 blackberry & banana shake from Norma's burgers!
S: 6-8 bites choc choc fudge cake & spoon of peanut butter, milk
S: bologna & cheese sand (took off outside crust) mayo & must - w/ 8-10 BBQ chips on it & mini dill pickle, 14/ mug rootbeer
S: had some nuts too, a few here & there snacking during day.
Chrystal light lemonade w/ vites

Out & about walking around Christmas shopping.
