oh.... and two fried farm fresh eggs (from my own chickens!)

I do not fry eggs.. my hubbs does.. I jsut tried and totally murdered the eggs..

Sauteed salmon rubbed with salt, pepper, lemon rind, dill and olive oil. Skin cooked until crisp- I never remove the skin from my fish but I make sure it's scaled first of course. I love crisp fish skin.

Sauteed pea greens with shallots, garlic and olive oil

Mashed german butterball potatoes with half and half, butter and dill.
