I'm a day late and a dollar short. Oh well.

B: Double protein shake with half & half, tea (59 protein)
L: Shrimp & artichoke soup (29)
D: (over 3 hours) Chicken ceasar salad, 4-5 oz seared Ahi with Wasabi mayo and avocado (72 g. protein)
S: 5 TJ french truffles (16 net carbs, 20 fat, 2 protein)
Daily totals: net carbs 47, protein 162

Fluids & all vites done. No exercites.
